Culture opens up cognitive and critical horizons for individuals, helping to create the intellectual rigor necessary to build an informed and aware community. Therefore, we view culture as one of the pillars of preserving Palestinian identity and heritage. To this end, Taawon supports exceptional cultural projects, hosts artists and writers, and has established an expanding network of public libraries. We make sure that people from within their camps have access to the latest developments in cinema, theater, music, and art.
